As a Registered Manager, you will provide care and support to children and young people in accordance with placement plans, risk assessments, and reports. You will also be part of our management structure, supporting the smooth running of the service and ensuring the needs of our children and young people are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Children\u2019s Home, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our children and young people.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with other family members, social workers, health professionals, education professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all matters, including those related to customers, service users, staff, and contractors.
  • Act in accordance with company policies and procedures, GDPR, Equality Act, and other relevant legislation.
Requirements
  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including GDPR and the Equality Act.
