Dietitian Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our team at Moorlands Neurological Centre. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in creating bespoke nutritional plans for our service users, helping them to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assess service users' nutritional needs and develop individualized plans to support their health and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support to service users.
- Conduct pre-admission screenings and develop plans for future interventions.
- Liaise with the catering department to ensure that menus are reviewed regularly and meet the dietary needs of service users.
- Support the development and co-facilitation of group and staff training.
- Provide weekly progress reviews and feedback to the multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver one-to-one nutrition counselling sessions to explore eating behaviours, beliefs, and attitudes about food and health.
- HCPC registration as a Dietitian.
- BSc in Dietetics or postgraduate diploma in Dietetics.
- Post-qualification training and experience working with people with eating disorders.
- Ability to maintain high levels of professional competence.
Moorlands Neurological Centre is a purpose-built neurological centre providing specialist care and support to men and women over the age of 18 who have an acquired brain injury.
