About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide support to the senior ward dietitian, conduct face-to-face and telephone clinics, and work closely with the HEF dietitian service and gastroenterology dietitians. You will have a varied and interesting caseload, covering critical care, diabetes, gastroenterology, eating disorders, neonates, cystic fibrosis, and nutrition support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist dietetic advice to inpatients and outpatients
- Support the senior ward dietitian and conduct clinics
- Work closely with the HEF dietitian service and gastroenterology dietitians
- Conduct audits and provide training to patients, carers, and other community staff
- Contribute to service development and improvement

Person Specification- Registered dietitian with relevant BSc, postgraduate diploma, or masters
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Health Care Professions Council registration
- Demonstrate relevant work experience in paediatric dietetics within the NHS
- Worked as a dietitian in an acute care setting within the NHS
- Experience of working in different clinical settings
- Demonstrate evidence of MDT working
