About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our team at Moorlands Neurological Centre. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in creating bespoke nutritional plans for our service users, helping them to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess service users' nutritional needs and develop individualized plans to support their health and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.
  • Conduct pre-admission screenings and develop plans for future interventions.
  • Liaise with the catering department to ensure that menus are reviewed regularly and meet the dietary needs of our service users.
  • Support the development and co-facilitation of group and staff training.
  • Provide weekly progress reviews and feedback to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Deliver one-to-one nutrition counselling sessions to explore eating behaviours, beliefs, and attitudes about food and health.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration.
  • BSc in Dietetics or postgraduate diploma in Dietetics.
  • Post-qualification training.
  • Post-qualifying experience of working with people with eating disorders, ideally in an inpatient setting.
