About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care that protects people's dignity and promotes their well-being.
  • Promote independence using enabling approaches and support people to meet their outcomes.
  • Support people to connect with their communities and access local support and services.
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control.
  • Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
