About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Relief Support Workers to join our team at Creative Support. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities in our Fazakerley service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in all aspects of daily life
  • Facilitate a wide range of activities to promote independence and well-being
  • Support individuals with challenging behaviours and develop strategies to manage these behaviours
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a consistent and supportive environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Skills in positive communication and engagement
  • Ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for individuals
  • Ability to work within a positive behaviour support framework
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
