About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care that protects people's dignity and promotes their independence.
  • Support individuals to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals as needed.
  • Connect people to their communities, accessing local support and services.
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals, documenting and reporting information as required.

Requirements

  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Previous retail experience is not necessary, but transferable skills are highly valued.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts, late evenings, and weekends.
