The Challenge

We are facing the challenge of developing new medicines to tackle some of the world's toughest unmet healthcare needs. As a project team leader, you will act as the CEO for your projects, working with functional experts dedicated to initiating and implementing novel drug development strategies.

  • You will build a positive team environment, ensure clear transparent communications, and get the team, internal and external collaborators behind the overall goal/vision for the project.
  • As a program champion who is a critical thinker, you will be objective and strategic about the project, striving to reach clarity in decision-making.

Salary Range
