The Job: This role is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or Social Science to gain valuable experience in special education. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide individualized support to students.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students with moderate learning difficulties
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive student outcomes
- Assist with classroom organization and preparation
- Report student progress to teachers as needed
Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £85-£100 per day, paid term-time only. Additional benefits include flexible working hours, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive team environment.
