Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group. As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible presence within the store to deter and prevent crime.
  • Monitor and patrol the premises to identify and respond to potential security threats.
  • Complete accurate and detailed reports of incidents and observations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Respond to and resolve conflicts and incidents in a professional and safe manner.

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA Licence or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Full five-year checkable employment history.
