About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of caretakers and cleaners, managing external contracts supporting security and guardian related activities across the county.

A key focus of this role is to provide support and leadership to the managers delivering Front of House Facilities Management activities.

The role involves working across the county in partnership with other Delivery Leads to ensure services are regularly monitored and evaluated and meet national and local priorities.

Key Requirements

You will possess a detailed understanding of:

  • Planning & delivering Front of House FM operations.
  • Delivering multiple site customer facing FM operations
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policy around Compliance, H&S and the Environment.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess excellent communication skills, including building and maintaining relationships with a range of partners/stakeholders.
  • Have experience and understanding of managing significant resources and budgets.
  • Have a commitment to delivering high quality services
  • Have experience of making change happen, responding to internal and external financial and organisational pressures.
  • Have experience of project management.
