About the Role

The Facilities Operations Coordinator will provide leadership and support to the managers delivering Front of House Facilities Management activities across the diverse portfolio of Warwickshire County Council.

The role involves working across the county in partnership with other Delivery Leads to ensure services are regularly monitored and evaluated and meet national and local priorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a small team comprised of Caretakers and Cleaners and manage external contracts supporting security and guardian related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering Front of House FM operations
  • Delivering multiple site customer-facing FM operations
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policy around Compliance, H&S and the Environment

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, including building and maintaining relationships with a range of partners/stakeholders
  • Experience and understanding of managing significant resources and budgets
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality services
  • Experience of making change happen, responding to internal and external financial and organisational pressures
  • Experience of project management
