We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our Trainee Engineer Programme, designed to equip aspiring engineers with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to succeed in the rail industry. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting rail infrastructure projects, collaborating with experienced engineers and learning from their expertise.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of rail systems, contributing to the development of efficient and safe transportation networks.
  • Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, applying theoretical knowledge and developing problem-solving skills.

This is a 35-hour week position with opportunities for overtime pay after completing your training. You will also receive comprehensive industry-recognized S&T engineering courses, fully funded, as well as ongoing mentorship from your training officer and line manager.

Requirements
  • Aged 18-25 years old.
  • Energetic, motivated individual with a passion for building a trade-focused career in railway engineering.
  • Background in engineering, mechanics, or electrical education (or relevant practical experience).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, outdoors in various weather conditions.
