We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Trainee Engineer Programme, dedicated to developing the next generation of rail system engineers. As a trainee, you will gain valuable experience working on rail infrastructure projects, collaborating with experienced engineers and learning from their expertise.

About the Programme
  • You will participate in the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of rail systems, driving innovation and efficiency in the industry.
  • Gain practical experience in real-world environments while applying your training, equipping you with essential skills for long-term success.

This is a 35-hour week position with opportunities for overtime pay after completing your training. You will also receive comprehensive industry-recognized S&T engineering courses, fully funded, as well as ongoing mentorship from your training officer and line manager.

Requirements
  • Aged 18-25 years old.
  • Energetic, motivated individual with a passion for building a trade-focused career in rail system engineering.
  • Background in engineering, mechanics, or electrical education (or relevant practical experience).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, outdoors in various weather conditions.
