Rail Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Exeter or Swindon, working on a Civils Reactive Maintenance Contract with Network Rail.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work on various frameworks including concrete repairs, drainage works, ground stabilisation, track works and structural changes. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
- Manage all costs related to infrastructure projects and identify potential commercial risks and opportunities.
- Support senior team members in delivering commercial duties, including procuring and managing supply chain.
- Optimise commercial performance through diligent cost control and value for money opportunities.
- Assist with commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
- Experience of infrastructure projects with resilience and determination to succeed.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a personal development plan and use of company ERP System and BMS systems.
