Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fire and Security Systems Engineer Trainee to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security. As a Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain fire and security systems across various locations
  • Participate in on-site training under the guidance of experienced engineers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service

About the Role:

This is an entry-level position within the fire and security industry, offering continuous development opportunities for those who wish to become fully qualified engineers. You will be trained to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Basic salary of £26,000 per annum
  • On-target earnings: £28,000 - £30,000 including bonuses and overtime
  • Company van and fuel card provided
  • Pension scheme and life assurance included
  • 20 days' annual leave increasing by one day each year up to 25 days
  • Birthday holiday and bank holidays
  • Mental health and wellbeing scheme
  • Candidate referral scheme up to £1,000
