We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Trainee Engineer Programme, focused on developing the next generation of rail professionals. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience working on cutting-edge rail systems and projects, under the guidance of seasoned engineers.

About the Opportunity
  • You will participate in the installation and maintenance of advanced rail infrastructure, driving innovation and efficiency in the industry.
  • Gain practical experience in real-world environments while applying your training, equipping you with essential skills for long-term success.

This is a 35-hour week position with opportunities for overtime pay after completing your training. You will also receive comprehensive industry-recognized S&T engineering courses, fully funded, as well as ongoing mentorship from your training officer and line manager.

Requirements
  • Aged 18-25 years old.
  • Energetic, motivated individual with a passion for building a trade-focused career in rail engineering.
  • Background in engineering, mechanics, or electrical education (or relevant practical experience).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, outdoors in various weather conditions.
