About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Support Services Lead to join our team. As a Senior Support Worker (Practice Lead), you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals in their homes and local communities, fostering meaningful connections and promoting overall well-being.

Salary

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £11,940-£12,040 per annum, commensurate with experience and skills. This rate is inclusive of all statutory benefits and bonuses.

Job Description

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated team members, leveraging your expertise to provide high-quality support services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of service users
  • Coordinating with external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of support services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
