Specialist Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with autism and other special educational needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to provide individualized support to students in need.

About the Role:
- To provide one-to-one support to students with autism and other special educational needs
- To work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans
- To assist with lessons and activities as needed
Requirements:
- A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
