Sales Support Executive

The Sales Support Executive role involves managing sales processes, providing top-notch customer service, and handling customer inquiries. You will work with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and guide them through the ordering process.
Your responsibilities will include processing orders, producing quotes, handling sample requests, liaising with suppliers, and advising customers on our product range. You will also handle customer complaints and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client journeys.
Key Skills:- Experience in similar customer service roles
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and manage competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
We are offering a salary of approximately £24,000, depending on location and experience, as well as benefits such as hybrid working and company benefits.
