About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Specialist to join our team at WSAudiology. As a Hearing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive hearing evaluations, selecting and fitting hearing aids, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough hearing evaluations and recommend personalized solutions for clients.
  • Fit and adjust hearing aids to ensure optimal performance and comfort.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for clients' hearing aids.
  • Collaborate with the District manager, HCP Team Leads and L&D to adopt new initiatives aimed to grow your Center's revenue and change more lives.
  • Build a local community to proactively generate service demand and support marketing campaigns.
  • Comply with all State license laws, FDA guidelines, WSA policies and HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines (QPG).

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
  • Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
  • 1-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Basic or advanced written communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with customers/clients.
