We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to diverse customers, and confidence in handling objections. Proven sales experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in the telecoms or utilities sector, is highly desirable.
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £26,475.00 basic, with an OTE of £60,000.00+, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, private healthcare, life assurance, and enhanced parental leave policies.

About the Role: As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for visiting residential customers door-to-door, introducing them to a new broadband product. You'll answer questions, explain product features, achieve sales targets, and build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Field-based door-to-door sales, visiting customers' homes.
- Answering questions and explaining product features (full training provided).
- Achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships.
- Communicating relevant local feedback to internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally door-to-door (telecoms or utilities preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to different customers.
- Confidence in handling objections and a tenacious attitude to succeed.
- Familiarity with sales tools, Microsoft Office, and similar platforms.
