We are looking for a skilled Financial Markets Recruiter who will be responsible for attracting international specialists for open roles in various countries, particularly in Europe and the US. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and creativity in business development.

The role involves mainly office-based work in Richmond (South West London), with a significant period of time spent networking and researching existing databases for individuals with experience matching current requirements.

You will be required to engage with contacts at all levels throughout the day, primarily over the phone but also where possible, in person. These contacts will typically be highly intelligent individuals with a Master's degree or PhD, working at mid or senior levels.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the financial sector, with in-depth training provided on the technical aspects of this field. You will have the chance to grow with the business, working towards a structured promotion plan.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and ability to converse with individuals from diverse backgrounds;
  • Flexibility to work with people in other time zones, requiring communication outside usual office hours.
