Job Description:

The Senior Learning Disability Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, individualised support services in the East Midlands region. This includes developing positive relationships with local commissioners, support providers, and individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement operational plans aligned with the organisation's goals.
  • Change Management: Support and manage change to foster ongoing service development.
  • Inclusion Promotion: Ensure active involvement of individuals with learning disabilities in all aspects of their care, including recruitment, policy reviews, and quality monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a manager in the learning disabilities sector.
  • Based in Mansfield and Northampton with regular travel across the region.
  • A current UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Salary: Up to £40,000 inclusive of car allowance.
