Job Description

As a Sales Assistant at Designer Exchange, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our luxury sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, assisting them during their visit and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Offer product recommendations, styling advice, and information about promotions to enhance the customer experience
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, escalating issues to management when necessary
  • Sales Support
  • Contribute to meeting sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting luxury products
  • Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM and client book
  • Understand and apply solution selling techniques to maximise opportunities for upselling and add-on selling
  • Stay up-to-date with Designer Exchange products and services
  • Support the Store Management Team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring a tidy store environment
  • Conduct and Standards
  • Adhere to Designer Exchange policies and procedures, upholding the company's 'Code of Conduct' and promoting a positive working environment
  • Ensure the store meets company standards for cleanliness, tidiness, and appearance
  • Working Conditions
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
