We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to drive the evolution of user experiences on our client's e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive journey for customers. Apply user-centric design principles to elevate the overall aesthetic and usability, with a keen focus on enhancing the e-commerce shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement user experience strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces to visualize and communicate design concepts.
  • Work closely with CRO specialists to implement A/B testing and optimization strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design for e-commerce platforms or digital products.
  • Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies and the ability to translate user insights into compelling user experiences.
  • Strong visual design skills with a portfolio highlighting standout design projects.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., GA, Pendo, Hotjar) and an understanding of e-commerce user behavior.
  • Experience with Agile workflow and iterative design.
