About The Role

As a Head of Colleague Experience UX, you will lead the creation of exceptional internal-focused experiences that empower our colleagues to deliver world-class customer service.

Reporting to the Director UX/UI, you'll be an integral part of our growing UX team.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive UX strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring exceptional colleague experiences.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Maintain the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all UX design activities.
  • Cultivate a design thinking mindset throughout the organization, encouraging creative problem-solving and user-centric solutions.
Who You Are
  • An expert in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Skilled at adapting and utilizing various UX outputs to effectively communicate with colleagues across the organization.
  • Experienced in leading teams to deliver exceptional experiences within a global, distributed, cross-functional environment.
  • Able to set the vision and direction for the team, considering both the colleague experience and the company culture.
