We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team, delivering high-quality HR services to various business functions, including Finance, Engineering, Marine, and Property. As a HR generalist with experience in large multi-site delivery, you will partner with managers up to senior level to ensure agility and compliance in HR policy implementation. Your role will involve mentoring and coaching managers, thinking independently to find solutions, and challenging individuals to achieve results in a fast-paced, complex business environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business to implement and deliver the HR Strategy/People Plan, encompassing workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and change management to support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Develop strong relationships with management teams and stakeholders to understand key performance and people issues.
  • Coach, advise, and challenge managers on short- and medium-term HR matters to enhance their knowledge and capability.
  • Ensure line managers are familiar with and consistently apply HR-related company policies and procedures.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information and data analytics to drive performance and support strategic workforce planning requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate and effectively implement HR projects and initiatives on a regional basis.
  • Offer operational HR support during organizational change projects, driving the implementation of HR solutions within supported business areas and gaining acceptance from key stakeholders.
  • Manage HR case management for absence, grievances, disciplinary actions, and other employee relations matters.
