About Us: Crone Corkill is a leading financial services company seeking an experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Learning and Development Partner to work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions. The successful candidate will have experience in designing, delivering, and managing learning programs, as well as managing stakeholders and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with SLT and key stakeholders to identify learning needs through an annual calendar aligned with the Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
- Manage and oversee the company's wide entry-level programs, partnering with other divisions throughout the process.
- Design and oversee the effective development and regular delivery of the company induction program, ensuring materials are regularly updated and delivered through the best method.
- Manage and oversee all talent development programs bank-wide, including Ignite, Developing the People, and working with the Head of L&D on upcoming programs.
- Lead on company-wide management and leadership development, including ongoing review and delivery of Key Essentials for line managers, self-learning toolkits, and materials, and supporting or advising on leadership and management off-site activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in Learning and Development, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of design, delivery, and management of learning programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholders.
- Experience in managing reports and leading teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
