About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work for Govia Thameslink Railway, a leading rail operator in the UK. As a Revenue Protection Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers comply with our rules and regulations.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide information and assistance to customers, while also protecting revenue and promoting good customer behavior.

You will work in a busy station environment, often under pressure. However, we offer a supportive team culture and comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
