Station Ambassador

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking team at Govia Thameslink Railway, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Station Ambassador, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with other colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide information and assistance to customers, while also promoting good customer behavior and protecting revenue.

You will work in a busy station environment, often under pressure. However, we offer a supportive team culture and comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
