About the Role
Alfred H Knight is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Solid Fuels department in Rotherham, UK. As the primary liaison between the Client, Laboratories, and Test Centre, you will ensure the delivery of our high-quality service by maintaining effective communication and coordination among all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative tasks to guarantee the smooth and efficient operation of our services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, laboratories, and test centre staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of information to all stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
