We are seeking an Assessment and Pathway Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing individuals with complex needs, developing robust care pathways, and providing expert advice to the police.

Key Objectives:

  • To assess individuals in police custody suites and magistrates' courts
  • To develop and implement individualised care plans
  • To provide expert advice to the police on mental health and vulnerability
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Salary and Benefits:

  • A salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

  • Professional qualification in mental health nursing, learning disability nursing, substance misuse, or social work
  • Current registration with relevant bodies
