Senior Dialysis Nurse Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Senior Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
About the Role: This is a permanent, full-time position working on day shifts from Monday to Saturday. You will be working in a state-of-the-art dialysis clinic with the most technologically advanced equipment. As a Senior Dialysis Nurse, your key duties will include:
- Delivering High-Quality Patient Care: You will be responsible for delivering individualized care to patients while promoting patient-focused care.
- Mentoring and Supporting Team Members: You will mentor and assist team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care.
- Providing Safe Haemodialysis Treatment: You will provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions.
- Leading Shifts and Collaborating with the Multidisciplinary Team: You will lead shifts and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, external organizations, and hospital trusts.
- Communicating Effectively: You will promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users, and providers to the service.
- Adhering to Company Procedures and Guidelines: You will adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies and assist in implementation and review.
- Continuously Developing Knowledge and Skills: You will continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering high-quality care to renal patients.
- Demonstrating a Commitment to Evidence-Based Practice: You will demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care.
Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Renal nursing experience is desirable, but not essential. You will need to have good communication skills, be flexible and able to adapt to change, and have good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing. You will also need to be able to work effectively within a team.
Benefits: The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £35,791 - £36,630 per annum DOE. This position also offers a range of benefits, including:
