About the Role: As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art dialysis clinic. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe and effective haemodialysis treatment, promoting patient-focused care and adhering to company procedures and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized care to patients, promoting patient-focused care and adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Mentor and assist team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organizations and hospital trusts.
  • Promote effective communication at all times with patients, users, and providers to the service.
  • Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies, and assist in implementation and review.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in renal nursing is preferred.
  • Good communication skills are essential.
  • Good knowledge of current professional nursing issues is required.
  • Ability to adapt to change within the working situation.
  • Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexible.
  • Able to work effectively within a team.

What We Offer:

  • Excellent salary of £29,402 - £35,461 per annum DOE.
  • Permanent full-time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays.
  • 35 days' paid leave per annum, including bank holidays.
  • Flexible timings and flexible contracts.
