About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Haemodialysis service at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will provide direct care to renal patients under the supervision of senior colleagues, acquiring and developing the specialist skills and knowledge to meet the needs of this patient group.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the Trust's standards and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers.
- Participate in the renal rotation programme, gaining experience across various clinical specialties.
- Contribute to the development of the Haemodialysis service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Person Specification
Qualifications and Knowledge
- Registered Nurse or final year placement student.
Interest and Skills
- Expressed interest in Haemodialysis nursing.
