We are looking for a talented Electrical Installations Team Lead to join our team at M2R Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Electrical Installations department, providing high-quality management, leadership, and guidance across the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Electrical Installations department
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Provide leadership and guidance to trainers and assessors
- Must hold a Level 5 teaching qualification (DET, DTLLS, or Cert Ed/PGCE)
- A Full Level 3 NVQ Construction qualification related to the curriculum area
- IQ Award or equivalent certification
- Extensive experience in education/training
- Recent teaching experience in the relevant curriculum area
- £42,907 per annum
