The Trainer Assessor in Electrical Installation will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners, delivering expert training, coaching, mentoring, and assessment to ensure their successful completion of apprenticeship programmes and qualifications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing training plans incorporating Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) to prepare learners for Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Maintaining detailed records and adhering to quality assurance processes, managing e-portfolios and assessment documentation
  • Promoting best practices in health and safety for all training activities

This role requires a Level 3 qualification in a relevant vocational area, a Level 3 TAQA or equivalent assessing qualification, and experience in further education or training environments. The estimated salary for this position is £32,031 - £50,145 per annum, depending on experience.
