**Job Title:** Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team at a mainstream college in the heart of Cambridge.

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to our apprentices. You will work closely with employers and other stakeholders to ensure that our apprentices receive the best possible training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs and assessments.
  • Work closely with employers to understand their needs and develop relevant training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in training and assessment.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: £25,918 to £27,661 per annum.
