Jupiter Recruitment seeks a highly motivated and experienced Dynamic Care Manager to lead our care homes in the Belfast region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional levels of care to our residents while increasing profitability and developing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To maintain high standards of care, safety, and quality of life for all residents in our care homes.
  • To oversee the management of care services, including staff training, employee development, and performance evaluation.
  • To build strong relationships with regulatory bodies, such as the RQIA, and ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
  • To represent our company as the Registered Manager and ambassador, promoting our values and mission to stakeholders and local communities.
  • To work collaboratively with the Regional Manager and operational support teams to drive sales growth, margin expansion, and new service development, resulting in consistently positive home performance measured against agreed KPIs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience working at supervisory level in a relevant environment, such as Home Manager or Operational Role.
  • A commitment to promoting and developing the highest quality care standards for older people.
  • Experience of supporting other services and knowledge of local and national codes of practice relating to care of older people.
  • The ability to lead and motivate employees to deliver exceptional results.
