Talent & Leadership Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Talent & Leadership Development Professional to oversee the implementation of talent and leadership strategies that align with our client's business objectives. This role is based in Warwickshire and offers a salary between £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the capabilities of individuals at all levels within the organisation, both for current and future needs. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with Centre of Excellence leaders to design, deliver, and execute talent and leadership development strategies aligned with our client's divisional People Plans.
  • Utilising expertise to oversee the design of talent and leadership strategic programmes and initiatives.
  • Engaging learners in meaningful skills and career development experiences through scaled and niche programme design, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
  • Overseeing and refining talent management processes, including performance management, development, mobility, and succession planning.
