Your Role:

As a High Integrity C++ Software Engineer, you will join our Shield Control Team, which owns and develops high-integrity apps that act as the final layer of defence for collision avoidance and component failures.

The role involves developing and reviewing C++ code, diagnosing and fixing bugs, and learning from robotics and C++ experts in the team and wider Oxa community.

What You Need:

  • Working knowledge of C++
  • Able to debug software faults, design and implement solutions to complex problems, work independently and across teams, and support colleagues when needed
  • Willingness to try new things and learn from others

Value-Added Skills:

  • Knowledge practice of safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, MISRA C++:2023, ASPICE)
  • Robotics domain knowledge (e.g., ROS)
  • Expertise in modern C++ template meta-programming
  • Skilled at control systems design
  • Adept at creating software for resource-constrained environments
