Job Overview

The Ibis Cambridge Central Station Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive member to fill the role of Customer Service Specialist.

This exciting opportunity involves managing various aspects of hotel operations, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with guests, colleagues, and external partners.

About the Role:

  • Take charge of all incoming queries and provide prompt responses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to process bookings and handle customer requests.
  • Work closely with the finance department to manage payments, authorizations, and corporate bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management.

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary: Approximately £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Bonus Structure: Eligible for annual bonuses based on performance.
