Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Engineer Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining laboratory equipment at customer premises. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, as well as excellent knowledge of British Standards and quality-controlled standards of work. They should also have a calm disposition under pressure, ability to work flexibly, and re-prioritize tasks as required.
