Job Summary

As a key member of the Reconomy team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sustainability agenda forward. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our client base, providing bespoke solutions that align with their needs and strategic plans.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Providing weekly updates to the Head of Corporate Sustainability on your activities and progress.
  • Compiling and presenting monthly reports to the Head of Corporate Sustainability or Senior Corporate Sustainability Manager, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and service details using our bespoke system, The Hub.
  • Ensuring that delivery, induction, and support plans are regularly monitored and updated.
  • Using your analytical skills to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implementing effective solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sustainability and waste management. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • At least 2-5 years' experience in account management within the waste industry.
  • Demonstrable experience of upselling to a portfolio of accounts.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

What We Offer

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will primarily work from home, with occasional travel to visit clients nationally. Overnight stays may be required from time to time.
