About the Role


We are seeking a Climate Success Manager to support our corporate clients in driving their sustainability initiatives and achieving net-zero targets.


This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across industries such as media, marketing, and advertising, guiding companies through their sustainability journeys from carbon data collection to strategic planning and project management.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact, providing consulting and technical support to corporate clients. On-board new clients and assist with GHG accounting data to generate insightful carbon footprint reports.
  • Strategic Development: Guide clients in setting net-zero targets and implementing climate strategies, with managed services for disclosures such as SBTi, CDP, and EcoVadis.
  • Project Management: Oversee contract management, including service upsells and renewals, while supporting ongoing data collection and analysis.
  • Thought Leadership: Participate in industry events and working groups to expand knowledge and presence in the field.
  • Internal Collaboration: Liaise with development teams to share customer feedback and assist in preparing case studies and marketing content to highlight client achievements.


Requirements:

  • A Passion for Sustainability: A strong commitment to environmental issues and combating climate change.
  • Experience: At least 1+ years in a client-facing role, ideally in a sustainability-focused capacity.
  • Knowledge of Carbon Accounting: Familiarity with ESG reporting, carbon certification standards, and compliance regulations is desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and across diverse teams.
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, media, or advertising is beneficial. Exposure to AdTech, digital, or physical advertising sectors is a plus.


Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £50K DOE (dependent on experience) per annum, offering a competitive benefits package.
