We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Sustainability Professional to join our team at The Green Recruitment Company. As a key member of our ESG team, you will play a vital role in leading and coordinating all aspects of the company's internal sustainability activities.

Key responsibilities include creating guidelines, checklists, policies, and procedures to align with best practice, as well as managing the relationship with social and charitable foundations. You will also be responsible for leading the national network of Net Zero ambassadors, overseeing the firm's SBTi journey, and owning the annual sustainability report from cradle to grave.

A key requirement for this role is previous experience in a similar position, with a strong working knowledge of the firm's operations and an understanding of how an agile professional services firm operates. A strong influencing and communication skills, with proven ability to listen to the needs of the business while advocating for sustainable ways of working, are essential.
