You'll be part of a dynamic team that's revolutionizing the way farmers work with technology. As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be on the road most days, building strong relationships with farmers and helping them get the most out of Halter's cutting-edge technology. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and refine the Halter customer experience, ensuring it stays ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Success: You'll work directly with farmers to ensure they're achieving their goals and getting the most out of Halter. You'll help them understand the real impact Halter can have on their farming business.
- Account Management: You'll take the lead in engaging with farmers, building genuine, long-lasting relationships. You'll know exactly when and how to step in to help them maximise Halter's potential for their business.
- Relationship Management: You'll reach beyond our customers to those who have impact in the farming community. You'll be known in the Rural Professional community and continue to grow these networks to help articulate how Halter can be important for them and their customers.
- Growth Initiatives: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and refine the Halter customer experience. You'll always be on the lookout for ways to innovate and upgrade our service, ensuring Halter stays ahead of the curve.
What We're Looking For:
- You have a phenomenal attitude and thrive on being a team player who consistently overcomes challenges.
- You value working with high-performing teams and want to be part of a great culture.
- You've had experience in customer success and/or account management, especially in managing high-stakes accounts and building relationships with diverse groups of people.
- You're data-driven and understand the nuances of managing customer touchpoints and driving success. If you have experience in the agricultural sector, that's a big bonus—but it's not a deal-breaker.
- We're a high-growth technology scale-up on the global stage, and we're passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our customers. We offer a competitive remuneration package, including salary, benefits, and an employee stock ownership plan.
- We're committed to creating an inclusive and attractive work environment that supports your well-being and career growth. We offer 6 months of fully paid parental leave for primary caregivers, 4 weeks of fully paid secondary caregiver leave, and many other parental benefits that support you and your family.
