About the Position:

We're seeking a Personnel Administration Officer to join our team at Pod Point, Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payrolls and manage employee data.
  • Administer expense reimbursements and handle employee queries.
  • Work closely with the People Team to ensure accurate payroll data is provided.
  • Manage relationships with HMRC and other tax authorities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong understanding of PAYE and other relevant regulations.
  • Experience in payroll administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
