Business Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at HQ Personnel. This role can be adapted to fit a full-time schedule or adjusted to meet the needs of a part-time worker, requiring 24 to 30 hours of work per week.
About the Job- This role involves managing various tasks, including sales and order assistance, interacting with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and handling administrative responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAGE, and be able to multitask effectively.
- Process sales orders in SAGE.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through prompt support and transparent communication.
- Effectively manage incoming calls and emails.
- Provide high-quality support to office visitors.
- Manage general office operations, such as document creation, filing, and scanning.
- Evaluate and maintain accurate documentation.
- Represent HQ Personnel in a professional manner in all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in orders to relevant teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional manner.
The salary range for this position is £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.
This role offers flexible scheduling options, allowing for either a full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (24-30 hours per week) arrangement.
