We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at HQ Personnel. This role can be adapted to fit a full-time schedule or adjusted to meet the needs of a part-time worker, requiring 24 to 30 hours of work per week.

About the Job
  • This role involves managing various tasks, including sales and order assistance, interacting with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and handling administrative responsibilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAGE, and be able to multitask effectively.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Process sales orders in SAGE.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through prompt support and transparent communication.
  3. Effectively manage incoming calls and emails.
  4. Provide high-quality support to office visitors.
  5. Manage general office operations, such as document creation, filing, and scanning.
Key Performance Indicators
  1. Evaluate and maintain accurate documentation.
  2. Represent HQ Personnel in a professional manner in all interactions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Identify and report any discrepancies in orders to relevant teams.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional manner.

The salary range for this position is £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.

This role offers flexible scheduling options, allowing for either a full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (24-30 hours per week) arrangement.
